To reserve any space in the library for scholarly purposes, you must e-mail Ms. Angel Pridgen at apridgen@abcnash.edu and cc Mr. Keaton Walkine (kwalkine@abcnash.edu) and Dr. William Green (wmgreen@abcnash.edu). The subject line should say: Room Reservation Request and indicate the date desired (Ex. Room Reservation Request for 01/01/2023). In the body of the email, please mention which room you would like to reserve, starting and ending time, any assistance you may need (for example, you will need three tables or group seating), and any required equipment or equipment that you plan to bring, so that we may better assist you. 

Once we have reviewed your request, we will send you a follow-up to confirm whether your booking has been accepted. We encourage faculty and staff to book rooms at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.  You may call 615-687-6935 for further inquiries or immediate assistance.
